• Prices are subject to change according to the cost of publishing. A catalogue of publications, prices and shipping charges are available on line. All shipping charges quoted are for regular postal or equivalent ground shipment. Other shipping arrangements can be requested by contacting Government Publications.
• We regret we cannot issue refunds. Once the order is processed and shipped, items are non-returnable. In special cases, books may be exchanged or a credit note issued from Government Publications. Please contact Government Publications within 30 days.
• Claims for lost shipments must be submitted to Government Publications within 60 days (in North America) and 90 days (outside North America). Incorrect or damaged shipments must be returned within 7 days.
