Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations is conducting a review of the Condominium Act. This legislation relates to the development and operation of condos.

In January of 2009 we released a discussion paper seeking feedback on the Act. This discussion paper was created by a committee, made up of provincial staff and representatives of stakeholder groups.

The deadline for comments has now passed. SNSMR will be making recommendations for changes to the Act, giving consideration to the feedback received. We will communicate these changes at a future date.
