Does my bill have to show I purchased fuel in a certain time period?
Your bill must show a purchase date of January 1, 2011 or later. You may only receive the rebate once in any given program year.
What if my name is not on the invoice/bill but I pay for the heat?
The name and delivery address on your bill or receipt must match your civic address on the HARP application.
I recently moved and have not purchased heating fuel at my new address. Can I still apply for the rebate?
Yes. Please provide a fuel bill for your new address for heating fuel purchased before March 31, 2012.
