Heating Assistance Rebate Program
The Heating Assistance Rebate Program (HARP) provides help to lower-income Nova Scotians with the cost of home heating.
You qualify for this program if you pay a heating bill at your current address AND:
- are living alone with an income of less than $27,000;
- live with others and have a combined income of less than $42,000;
- receive Income Assistance from the Department of Community Services; OR
- receive the Guaranteed Income Supplement from HRSDC.
The Heating Assistance Rebate Program is closed for 2012-2013.
