As of October 1, 2009 the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (UARB) is authorized by the Petroleum Product Pricing Regulations under the Petroleum Products Pricing Act to set petroleum prices within the Province of Nova Scotia.
Current consumer petroleum prices are available at www.nsuarb.ca.
