Disciplinary Notices

Enter this section to obtain a summary of recent disciplinary action and related information regarding non-compliant matters that have been brought before the Executive Director of Alcohol and Gaming Division resulting in issuance of a Notice of Proposed Action. Sanctions for similar infractions may vary in length according to the specifics of each case.

Licensees may object to a proposed action, to do so the permanent licensee on whom the Notice of Proposed Action was served must file a written notice of objection with the Executive Director of the Alcohol and Gaming Division no later than 14 days after the date the Notice of Proposed Action was served on the permanent licensee.
