Description of Organization:
Mission: to be the voice for retail and quick service restaurants (qsr) in Canada by providing advocacy, research, education and services that enhance opportunities for business success and increase awareness of retail / qsr's contribution to the communities and customers they serve.

Description of Membership:
We represent small, medium and large retailers as well as quick service restaurants (qsr). Our members include bricks and mortar retailers, e-commerce retailers, mass merchant, specialty, grocery retailers, fast food restaurants, etc. Jim Cormier, Director for Atlantic Canada: Mr. Cormier is the only employee of the Retail Council in Atlantic Canada. However, he is joined in the region by other Retail Council of Canada employees for specific issues of importance to RCC members (eg: environmental stewardship, sustainability).
