I. Description

To educate, promote and encourage the adoption and passing of Recommendation 51 of the EMGC Report through legislative proposal. To encourge the adoption and action of the 2001 Provincial Energy Strategy. To educate, promote and encourage the adoption and passing of all recommendations set out in the EMGC report. In particular recommendations 51-53. To advance knowledge of the Offset system, and to promote and advance renewable energy and community/economic development.
