I. Description

The objectives of the representations made on behalf of our client are a) to contest the decision of the Nova Scotia Department of Natural Resources and Renewables to have concluded a sole source procurement contract for helicopters with a European manufacturer without a fair, open, competitive and transparent procurement process. And b) to allow Canada's helicopter manufacturer to provide a proposal to the Nova Scotia Department of Natural Resources and Renewables for the provision of mission-capable and competitive aircraft.
