I. Description

Develop communications plans and tactical programs in support of insurance industry's outreach. Plans include: research, media relations, stakeholder communications, government relations, issues management. Stakeholder groups include: consumers, agents and brokers, government officials (elected and non elected) and organizations with an interest in property and casualty insurance. When called upon, assist IBC in communicating these plans to the various stakeholder groups.
