Description of Organization:
The Arthritis Society provides leadership and funding for research, advocacy and solutions to improve the quality of life for Canadians affected by arthritis.

Description of Membership:
The Arthritis Society in Nova scotia delivers educational services throughout the province to people living arthritis, advocacy to ensure Nova Scotians have timely and affordable access to treatment, and funding for research that will improve the lives of Canadians living with arthritis. The Arthritis Society is a non-profit health charity. In Nova Scotia, our executive director is Susan Tilley-Russell, who oversees the day to day operations. There is an advisory board that gives advice on strategic direction for the division to the executive director.
