Positive Aging Fund
The fund assists non-profit community organizations in creating projects that advance the goals and actions outlined in Nova Scotia’s Strategy for Positive Aging, with a focus on health, well-being and community participation of Nova Scotia seniors.
Who can apply?
Non-profit community organizations that are registered as a joint-stocks entity, or are in the process of registering as a joint stocks entity within Nova Scotia.
Successful applications will receive a grant of up to $10,000, covering 100 per cent of project costs.
Applications for the Fall 2009 funding round will be accepted from
November 13, 2009 until 4:30 p.m., December 23, 2009.
