Performance Management

Bargaining Unit Employees (BU)

BU employees are members of the union (NSGEU, Local 480, CUPE). BU employees should use the form below to record their performance goals, their training and development plans, results and an overall rating.

The Corporate Learning Centre offers training on how the performance management system works.

Your HR representative can also help you with performance management or contact the Senior Consultant, Organizational Design & Effectiveness (Karen Meins) at 424-4271.

Excluded Employees

EC stands for Excluded Classification and includes employees who are not members of a union. EC employees fall into one of two categories or levels: EC 1-5 or EC 6-17. For the 2011-2012 performance cycle, which runs from April 1, 2011 - March 31, 2012, employees in EC levels 1-5 will not be required to demonstrate leadership competencies as part of their performance management process. Employees in EC levels 6-17 will be required to demonstrate leadership competencies as part of their performance management.

Use one of the forms below to record your performance goals, achievements, leadership competency examples and an overall rating. If you need assistance with performance management, please contact your Human Resources representative.
