The OD&E team provides consultation and advice regarding
organizational design
(structure, processes), using a whole systems
approach, to facilitate the implementation of business strategies. We can also provide best practice research regarding
organizational structures in similar environments.
Our team also does
business process mapping. By capturing the existing business process and designing the "to be" process, we can
optimize the workflow and ensure the effective and efficient use of resources.
