Your program: The Blueprint
At this stage, you will set a goal for your program that is SMART: specific, measurable, acceptable, realistic, and timely. The results of your needs assessment will give you a clear picture of your department's priorities and it's the employees' needs and you will now be able to align both sets of information to determine what initial activities will help you reach your goal. The key is to start small and build as you go.
This step in the Tool Kit will help you design your program by:
- challenging you to complete a work plan template.
- helping you define roles and responsibilities.
- setting a timetable and indicators for success.
