Provincial Public Service Week

We truly believe that employees are our greatest asset. After all - the "service" in public service doesn't happen by itself - it takes a dedicated team of diverse and dynamic employees focused on making Nova Scotia a better place to live.

Everyday over 11,000 public servants from Yarmouth to Cape Breton fight fires, provide quality health care, rescue wildlife or work behind the scenes to support programs and initiatives making life better for families in every region.

Public Service Week is a way of saying "thank you" to all civil servants for their commitment to the citizens of Nova Scotia.

Monday, October 4 to Sunday October 10, 2010 is Public Service Week in Nova Scotia!
