Corporate Human Resource PlanPeople, not bricks and mortar, technology or machinery, are the key to an organization’s success. This is especially true in organizations dedicated to the service of others.
With this in mind, the provincial government created a human resource strategy, the Corporate Human Resource Plan. The Corporate Human Resource Plan will help establish the Nova Scotia Government as a preferred employer and ensure the provincial public service can continue to make a difference through a skilled, committed and accountable workforce. The strategies outlined in the five-year plan will help address the many complex issues facing our workforce and workplace, such as competitive labour market, diversity and immigration, youth employment, retirement trends, employee demographics, and employee and public perceptions of government as an employer. This plan describes our public service values and explains five key goals. Corporate Human Resource PlanPlan des ressources humaines du gouvernement de la Nouvelle-Écosse |
