Be the Manager You’d Love to Have - Managing a Healthy Workplace – new self-assessment tool for managers has been developed to determine how well they are doing in supporting the elements of a healthy workplace. This tool will help managers identify what is going well in their unit or department, and generate ideas for improvement. This easy-to-use checklist can be downloaded to allow managers to score their progress in a straightforward, simple way. Managers can use the checklist on their own, or hold a meeting with other employees to select answers. There is no expectation that results will be submitted, so the tool can be used over and over again to chart progress.
