Leadership Development Programs

The Leadership Development Programs are designed to support the development of the leadership competencies at the frontline, middle and senior manager levels. The program modules address critical issues for all managers in the public service, with a focus on enhancing leadership effectiveness for organization success.

Programs

Registration

Intake for Leadership Development Programs takes place in the spring of the year. There is one intake for all programs. Participants are enrolled over the summer for the programs beginning in the fall and winter. If you are interested in the programs, you should contact your Human Resources division for more information about the registration process for your department.
