Sworn in as Premier on February 24, 2006, Hon. Rodney MacDonald became the 26th Premier of the Province of Nova Scotia since Confederation.
Premier MacDonald was elected Leader of the Nova Scotia Progressive Conservative Party at a leadership convention on February 11, 2006.
