Ombudsman from across the country are coming to Halifax June 9-12, 2013 for their biannual conference, The Ombuds Office in Canada Today: Learning and Working Together.

A few of the topics that will be covered include:

  • How to conduct effective and credible systemic investigations
  • Principles of training and different learning styles
  • Communication and the generation factor
