Operator Certification

Certification is required for individuals to operate any of the following facilties in Nova Scotia:

• Water Treatment Facility
• Wastewater Treatment Facility
• Wastewater Collection Facility
• Water Distribution Facility

In addition, owners of the above facilities must apply for a Classification Certificate for their facility.
