Our goal is to make Nova Scotia a one-stop shop for environmental solutions. To achieve that goal, we provide a broad array of services to the sector including:

- Organise incoming and outgoing missions
Nova Scotia - Trinidad and Tobago Environmental Cooperation
An environmental cooperation agreement (PDF: 724k) between the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and the Province of Nova Scotia, will be be signed on June 2, 2008. This agreement provides a new opportunity for the province to export its environmental expertise and stands as a model for exporting other products and services internationally.
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
In addition to the above, Environment has a number of MOU's with countries such as Trinidad and Tobago, St. Kitts and Nevis, and Saint Lucia. An MOU (PDF: 605k) was signed between the department and the environment departments of member countries of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States signed in 2004.
