The fiberglass industry faces many challenges including changing technology, health and safety issues, environmental performance and regulatory compliance to name a few. Environmental issues include the generation of volatile organic compounds, odor, waste, dust and noise. Many of these issues also cross over into the area of occupational health and safety.
