Business Operator Certification

  1. Complete an Application for a Business Operator's Certificate, please contact the regional office for up to date forms.
  2. Complete a Contingency Plan for Pesticide Approval and Certificate Holders (PDF: 18k)
  3. Provide proof that your company is registered in Nova Scotia by providing one of the following; a “certificate of status” from the Registry of Joint Stock Companies; or, provide the registry number assigned to your company by the Registry of Joint Stock Companies.
  4. Submit the above documents along with the proper fee (cheque or money order) payable to the Minister of Finance to your nearest regional office of Nova Scotia Environment. Note: There are no testing requirements for this certificate.
