Terrestrial Habitat Program

The terrestrial habitat program works with the forestry and agricultural communities to protect and enhance wildlife habitat. We monitor trends in provincial wildlife habitats, maintain an inventory of the province's significant wildlife habitats, recommend management actions to the appropriate agencies and support enforcement and development of guidelines and regulations.
