• When notified where course is to be held you will be responsible for all travel expenses to attend the course.
  
  
• Upon receipt of manual, which will be forwarded to you when you register for a course, be sure that you read the manual and complete the student review questions, which you must pass in to the instructor at the beginning of the course.
