Furharvesters Report Form

This form has been made available on the NSDNR website to provide an alternate means for licenced furharvesters to submit their mandatory Furharvesters Report Form. Please read the instructions for each section carefully and fill in the appropriate boxes on the form. Furharvesters submitting this report via the internet are not required to also turn in their pink Furbuyer Slips.

It is mandatory to submit by April 15 following the current season.

Notes: (1) Lynx and Marten are completely protected in Nova Scotia. Any Lynx or Marten accidentally trapped (or other species captured in excess of bag limits) and which could not be released must be reported and turned in to a local DNR office.

Notes on additional information:
(1) Use this column to register furbearers/furbearer pelts which you wish to retain in your possession after April 15.
(2) Use this column to record furbearers accidentally caught and turned in to the Department of Natural Resources.
(3) Use this column to record furbearers accidentally caught and released
(4) On the basis of your observations, use this column to indicate how plentiful you feel the following animals are in your area.
