AbstractA till and soil geochemical survey was conducted over the Meguma Terrane in Nova Scotia between 1986-1989 by the staff of Seabright Resources Inc. and Seabright Explorations Inc. Till and soil samples were collected at 4 455 sample sites in the Meguma Terrane. Till samples were analyzed for As, Sb, W, Au, Sc, Cr, Fe, Co, Ni, Zn, Se, Rb, Mo, Ag, Cd, Cs, Ba, La, Eu, Tb, Yb, Hf, Ta, Ir, Th, U, Cu and Pb, while soil samples were analyzed for As, Sb, W, Au and Ni. This survey data was compiled by the Nova Scotia Department of Nova Scotia as part of the Meguma Gold Potential Project of the Canada - Nova Scotia Cooperation Agreement on Mineral Development 1992-1995. This data was previously included as part of a compilation of geochemical surveys and released as DP ME 004 Version 1. This data set previously consisted of sea_soil and sea_till, which were later renamed to c134snco and c134snct.
