Natural Resources staff are participating in the Nova Scotia Fall Ideal Home Show during National Forest week to bring awareness to the importance of protecting homes from wildfire, and to inform the public about issues surrounding grass burning. As well the Department is promoting the benefits of burning brush in the winter instead of during spring, summer, or fall"
