For each mapsheet, the following layers can be provided: placenames, forest layer, ecological and land classification, crown ownership and posts, mapsheet boundary and an overlay coverage of the forest layer, crown ownership and ecological land classification. Forest (forest): identifies land cover for both forested and non-forested areas as determined from aerial photography interpretation Ecological Land Classification (elc): shows for terrestrial areas the breakdown of land as to EcoRegion, EcoDistrict and EcoSection.
