An Act to Amend Chapter 6
of the Acts of 2007,
the Democracy 250 Act

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Section 8 of Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2007, the Democracy 250 Act, is amended by striking out "December 31, 2008" in the first and second lines and substituting "March 31, 2010".

2 This Act comes into force on such day as the Governor in Council orders and declares by proclamation.
