An Act to Amend Chapter 120
of the Revised Statutes, 1989,
the Day Care Act
Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Chapter 120 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Day Care Act, is amended by adding immediately after Section 9 the following Section:
