An Act to Amend Chapter 10
of the Acts of 1994-95,
the Workers' Compensation Act

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 (1) Subsection 151(2) of Chapter 10 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, is amended by striking out "eleven" in the second line and substituting "ten".

(2) Clause 151(3)(d) of Chapter 10 is repealed.

2 This Act comes into force on such day as the Governor in Council orders and declares by proclamation.
