An Act to Amend Chapter 511
of the Revised Statutes, 1989,
the Youth Secretariat Act

1 The title of Chapter 511 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Youth Secretariat Act, is amended by striking out "and Development" in the second line and substituting ", Development and Delivery".

2 Section 3 of Chapter 511 is amended by

(a) striking out clause (a) and substituting the following clauses:

(b) adding immediately after clause (b) the following clause:

and

(c) striking out clauses (d) to (f).

3 Section 4 of Chapter 511 is repealed and the following Section substituted:

4 (1) The Governor in Council shall assign responsibility for the Secretariat to a member of the Executive Council.

(2) The Secretariat consists of the member of the Executive Council referred to in subsection (1).

4 Chapter 511 is further amended by adding immediately after Section 7 the following Sections:
