Explanatory Note

This Bill changes the name of the cemetery company to the Chipman Corner Cemetery Company.

An Act to Amend Chapter 153
of the Acts of 1919,
An Act to Incorporate the old
Presbyterian Church Cemetery Company of
Chipman Corner in Cornwallis, Kings County

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Section 1 of Chapter 153 of the Acts of 1919, An Act to Incorporate the old Presbyterian Church Company of Chipman Corner in Cornwallis, Kings County, is amended by striking out "Presbyterian Church Cemetery Company, Chipman Corner, Cornwallis, Kings County" in the last three lines and substituting "Chipman Corner Cemetery Company".
