Explanatory Note

This Bill prohibits school boards charging or collecting any fee for the lunch-time supervision of students in excess of any actual disbursement by the school boards for the supervision.

An Act to Amend Chapter 1
of the Acts of 1995-96,
the Education Act

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Section 64 of Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Education Act, is amended by adding immediately after subsection (4) the following subsection:
