An Act to Amend Chapter 5

the Freedom of Information and
Protection of Privacy Act

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 The Schedule to Chapter 5 of the Acts of 1993, the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, is amended by adding immediately after Teachers' Pension Board under the heading Finance, the following:
