An Act to Guarantee
Equality of Treatment for
All Sufferers of Hepatitis C

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 This Act may be cited as the Hepatitis C Compensation Act.

2 Where the Government of the Province compensates persons who have contracted Hepatitis C from the blood supply, the Government shall compensate all persons who have contracted Hepatitis C from the blood supply without regard as to when those persons contracted Hepatitis C from the blood supply.
