An Act to Amend Chapter 143
of the Acts of 1924,
An Act to Incorporate the Lower River Hebert
Cemetery Company of Lower River Hebert
in the County of Cumberland
Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:
1 Section 16 of Chapter 143 of the Acts of 1924, An Act to Incorporate the Lower
River Hebert Cemetery Company of Lower River Hebert, in the County of Cumberland, as
amended by Chapter 121 of the Acts of 1974, is further amended by striking out ", a sum not
exceeding ten dollars," in the third line and substituting "for a sum of money".
