An Act to Repeal Chapter 108

of the Acts of 1962, An Act to Incorporate

Stella Maris Residence

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 This Act may be cited as the Stella Maris Residence Dissolution Act.

2 (1) All real and personal property and rights that Stella Maris Residence had immediately prior to the coming into force of this Act are the real and personal property and rights of Northside Community Guest Home Society.

(2) All the obligations and liabilities of Stella Maris Residence in existence immediately prior to the coming into force of this Act are the obligations and liabilities of the Northside Community Guest Home Society.

3 Stella Maris Residence is dissolved.

4 Chapter 108 of the Acts of 1962, An Act to Incorporate Stella Maris Residence, is repealed.
