An Act Respecting the Width of
Certain Streets in the Town of Truro
Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:
1 This Act may be cited as the Truro Street Widths Act.
2 In this Act, "Farmington Village Project" means the
lands to which the agreement dated May 24, 1995, between the
Federation of Canadian Municipalities "The A-C-T
Administrator", Farmington Developments Ltd. and the Town of
Truro relates.
3 To the extent that Sections 93 and 95 of the Towns Act
apply to the Farmington Village Project, those Sections shall be
read as if amended by striking out "fifty" wherever it appears in
those Sections and substituting in each case "forty".
