That concludes the appointments for today's Human Resources Committee meeting. Our next meeting is on Thursday, September 9th and that is the day we are going to discuss the bulk ads, some of the meetings that we had before and try to make a final decision on it so we can get them out for October. So that's going to be on September 9th from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. or however long it takes.

MS. JOAN MASSEY: It was changed again, was it?

MR. CHAIRMAN: It was changed again, yes. I'm not sure what the date we had scheduled before was but we had cancelled it.

MS. MASSEY: It was the same date but I thought it was from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

MR. CHAIRMAN: We just couldn't get enough people. People were on vacation and weren't available so we decided to hold off, and Darlene was away as well and Darlene has done a lot of work on that. So on September 9th we will meet to discuss that. Our next meeting for the appointments to agencies, boards and commissions will be on September 28th.

Is there any other business? Hearing none, a motion to adjourn.

MR. GERALD SAMPSON: So moved.

MR. CHAIRMAN: Thank you, we are adjourned.

[The committee adjourned at 9:10 a.m.]
