Strategic Planning

As part of our commitment to build a strong workforce in this province, recently we officially released the first Labour and Advanced Education four year Strategic Plan. (PDF: 1.8mb) The vision of this plan will focus on fairness, safety and prosperity for all Nova Scotians by living, learning and working to their highest potential.

We've taken feedback gathered from staff and stakeholders from across the province and incorporated it into the goals set out in the plan. With your continued support, we will be working hard over the next few months to give it life!
