Many types of industrial equipment use propane fuel systems that include hoses. Examples include fork-lift trucks, and powered personnel lifts. If hoses are improperly installed or maintained, fire or explosion may result.
Preventive Measures
Anyone operating or maintaining equipment that uses a propane fuel hose should review the Propane Bulletin 99-02 issued by the Officer of the Fire Marshall.
