Comment on Current Laws and Draft Regulations

The Occupational Health and Safety Division continuously strives to improve the quality of the laws we administer.  Our process is described in a document called the Regulatory Development and Review Process. Please let us know what you think of the regulations we have proposed and how we may improve them.
