Changes to Fire Safety Act and Regulations:
Submission of Building Plans

Attention: Architects, Engineers, and Builders

Please be advised that changes have been made to the Fire Safety Act and regulations with regards to the submission of building plans.

Prior to the start of construction or alteration, building plans must be provided to the Fire Marshal. The types of buildings included in the regulations have changed effective February 28, 2003.
