Sprinkler System Installer

Background:

The Apprenticeship and Trades Qualifications Act and General Regulations were proclaimed on July 1, 2003. Subsequently, all existing trade regulations need to be reviewed to ensure they meet the needs of industry under the current Act. The Board established the ad hoc advisory committee in February 2008 to review the existing trade regulations for Sprinkler System Installer and propose any amendments to the regulations to the Apprenticeship Board.

  • On March 25, 2009 the committee Chair, Dave Vincent, presented the draft regulation before the Apprenticeship Board.
