Employer Engagement Breakfast

April 24, 2009 - Yarmouth

On April 24, 2009 the Apprenticeship Board hosted an Employer Engagement Breakfast at the NSCC Burridge Campus in Yarmouth, NS.  There were 38 employers representing 30 companies that registered in advance for the event. 25 employers representing 21 companies attended. Of the 25 employers that attended, 17 surveys were completed and returned.

Two Employer Champions spoke regarding their experiences in support of apprenticeship training and registering apprentices. The champions were: Everett Titus of A.F. Theriault and Peter Graves of Graves Electric.
