Motor Vehicle Act
R.S.N.S. 1989, c. 293
N.S. Reg 44/66 (December 29, 1966)
The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Highways dated the 21st day of December, 1966 and pursuant to Section 234(1) [subsection 289(1)] of the Motor Vehicle Act, is pleased to determine that no fee shall be payable for
(a) the issuance of a certificate of registration in the name of a licensed dealer;
(b) the transfer of a motor vehicle permit and registration number plates to a licensed dealer.
